RETURNS, GUARANTEES AND CLAIMS CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL 1) For individual reservations, any return or guarantee procedure must be carried out directly at the collection point. 2) For claims related to shipping errors, please contact us directly by phone +34 871 201 578. 3) Before proceeding to fill in the merchandise return form, you must have read, understood and accepted the conditions of return indicated below: ------------------------------------------ -------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND / OR CLAIMS OF EXPEDITION Returns will not be processed without charge, nor claims of dispatch after 10 business days from the date of the delivery note, in the case of conventional transport. *In the case of the Canary Islands, the time to claim will be 5 days from the "reception" of the material. After this period, the surcharges for returns will be as follows, with a minimum of €5: *15% of the purchase price per item will be charged when no handling, cleaning, repackaging or labeling work is required. (This amount will in no case exceed €5 per item). *30% of the purchase price per item will be charged when any handling, cleaning, repackaging or labeling work has to be done. (This amount will in no case exceed €10 per item). Only previously authorized returns will be accepted; which must clearly indicate on the outside of the package the authorization code provided by LUBRIMARKT in the reply mail. This code must be used within 5 days of its assignment, after this time it will be unusable. All authorized returns must include a copy of the purchase receipt in the package. Postage must be paid by the sender. Postage due returns will only be accepted when the reason for the return is an error in the characteristics or applications of the product outlined on the website https://www.LubriMarkt.es or said return is due to a shipping error. Catalog errors corrected on the web will not be a reason for return postage due. In addition: Returns of products will not be accepted after 6 months from the purchase receipt. Returns of discontinued products will not be accepted. Returns of personalized products will not be accepted. Returns of products on request will not be accepted. PROCESS TO PROCESS A RETURN To correctly process a return, proceed as follows: Complete the RMA form in its entirety. Incorrect data or the omission of the same can cause delays in the process and even the return of the same. Identify each product individually with the corresponding reason for return. The products in the guarantee period that present a fault or malfunction, will be changed (*) for new ones. * (In the event that the product works correctly, the failure indicated was not such or it was a poor assembly or adjustment of the product, LUBRIMARKT will affect the transport costs on the following invoice) Products that: -Declare blows, total or partial breaks, physical manipulations. -As a consequence of a bad packing they suffer damages in the transport. -They have stopped working due to improper use of them. Tire warranties do not cover hernias (bulging in the sidewall of the tire, caused by the carcass cords breaking after an impact). The battery guarantees will have a special process since they are collected as a general rule, except by explicit order of the technician or commercial. The process of processing them will be carried out by completing the form and following the instructions given by the RMA department.
